What to expect.
Thinking about trying a class? Great.
Here’s what you need to know:
No experience? No problem. Everyone starts somewhere. You won’t be expected to know anything — just show up with curiosity.
Wear something comfortable. A T-shirt and sweatpants or leggings are perfect. We train barefoot on mats.
You can observe or jump in. If you're not ready to move yet, you're welcome to watch a class quietly.
We’ll go at your pace. You’ll be partnered with kind, experienced people who want to help — no competition, no pressure.
The vibe? Respectful, focused, and supportive. It’s okay to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn as you go.
